Navigating life can be challenging, especially when you're carrying the weight of past experiences. I’m a therapist dedicated to helping teens and adults heal from trauma and reconnect with their whole selves. Trauma can leave you feeling stuck, disconnected, or overwhelmed, but it doesn’t have to define you.
Whether you're a teen navigating the challenges of growing up or have experienced something traumatic, or an adult looking to heal old wounds, I offer a space where all parts of you are welcome—without shame or judgment.
My own experiences with trauma and healing led me to this work, and I deeply understand how painful and isolating the healing journey can feel. But I also know that within each of us, there is an inherent wisdom that is already whole, untouched by trauma, even when it feels obscured by pain. My goal is to help you reconnect with that part of yourself, to uncover the strength, resilience, and self-compassion that have always been there.
